About the Author
Marcos Vázquez es el autor del popular blog Fitness Revolucionario, galardonado con múltiples premios por su labor divulgadora en materia de salud. Es también creador de Radio Fitness Revolucionario, uno de los podcasts de salud y fitness de habla hispana más escuchados y donde entrevista a grandes expertos en salud, neurociencia, entrenamiento, nutrición, biología o genética, entre otros muchos temas. Es docente en diferentes instituciones de formación en salud y participa como ponente en múltiples congresos y eventos. Ha publicado varios libros entre los que destaca Fitness revolucionario (Ed. Oberon, 2018; Invicto (Salud salvaje,2020) y Saludable Mente (Grijalbo,2021). Elizabeth Ochoa, economista por formación y chef por vocación, es responsable de la elaboración de los menús y las recetas de los programas de nutrición del blog Fitness Revolucionario. Su pasión por la cocina y por la promoción de la alimentación saludable la llevó a estudiar para chef en la Universidad Superior de Gastronomía de la Ciudad de México.
