Alan is dedicated to encouraging others to take risks and overcome fears like those he fought for years.An even more inspiring fight is Alan's battle against a rare, aggressive, and incurable cancer. Diagnosed some twelve years ago, Alan has had four major cancer-related surgeries, one recurrence, many rounds of chemotherapy and 29 CT scans to date. Despite all this, he has managed to continue teaching, as well as creating new content and acting on his own.
