Usted, que probablemente est leyendo esto, seguramente se plantee uno de los siguientes objetivos en el gimnasio, por ser los m's frecuentes: - Perder grasa corporal y definir su musculatura.- Aumentar su masa muscular (hipertrofia muscular).- Aumentar su fuerza y rendimiento deportivo.La cuesti n es: realmente est haciendo lo ptimo para lograrlo?La respuesta, en la mayor a de casos, ser un rotundo "NO", y es por eso por lo que en este libro encontrar , de forma detallada, todo lo que necesita para poder cumplir su objetivo en el gimnasio y mejorar en sus entrenamientos de forma eficiente.Se ha desarrollado desde la evidencia cient fica, pero siempre de la manera m's comprensible y asimilable posible, siendo complementado con multitud de consejos basados en mi experiencia personal.El objetivo es que pueda ser comprendido, interpretado y aplicado por un amplio p blico, porque solo cuando comprendemos la manera de alcanzar nuestras metas dejamos de movernos por inercia (o siguiendo recomendaciones que no son adecuadas) y de verdad nos dirigimos hacia lo que estamos buscando.Otro de los principales problemas radica en el entrenamiento de cada grupo muscular y selecci n de ejercicios, por lo que se analiza en detalle el entrenamiento de cada uno de ellos, atendiendo a la siguiente estructura: - En primer lugar, de forma te rica, se estudia desde un punto de vista anat mico los m sculos, movimientos principales, fibras predominantes etc.- En segundo lugar, desde un punto de vista pr ctico y bas ndonos en el an lisis anterior, se desarrolla la forma de trabajar cada grupo en concreto, explicando los ejercicios m's efectivos (incluida la t cnica adecuada, eficiente y segura), las series y repeticiones con las que deben ser trabajados, y multitud de consejos para el m ximo desarrollo.Tanto el an lisis de cada grupo muscular como los objetivos descritos al principio han sido complementados por una recopilaci n de los m todos de entrenamiento m's interesantes para lograrlos.Mi objetivo es que este libro sirva de ayuda y sea un APOYO REAL.AUTORSu nombre David y su pasi n desde siempre ha sido el deporte.
