About the Author
Lisa Kyung Gross is the daughter of a Korean immigrant and Jewish New Yorker. Today she is a respected, sought-after thought leader and speaker in both the food justice and culinary worlds. She lives in Brooklyn, NY, with her husband and two daughters.
