In this magical realism spooky thriller, the author connects the universe to the Earth world with roots in two of the most powerful West African empires in the 1600s: Mali and Songhai. The Daughter's battle will begin inside their mother's womb, where she will defend herself against a demonic force created by the dark lord and his loyal soldier Luna, a former Wiccan, who lives on Earth.
