Me dispuse a escribir este libro de relatos distópicos y fantásticos con la idea de buscar en la escritura la voz simple que me hacía falta para continuar en uno de los peores momentos de mi vida. Adopté la escritura como terapia de sanación y la creatividad como motor de avance para dejar el pasado atrás y volver a empezar. Así, entre marzo de 2018 y julio de 2019 escribí quince relatos que se mezclan con el bien y el mal, la fortaleza, el miedo, la muerte y por último la fe. Quedando solo siete de ellos completos y compactos para ser una herramienta salvadora de mi vida y empezar una nueva etapa como escritor y lector.Quiero agradecer a cada uno que se ha involucrado en mi proceso de sanación, a los que me han exhortado que no me detenga y continué hasta el cansancio. A quienes conversan conmigo de ficción y literatura sin saber mucho de ese gran mundo. A la soledad, a la musa creativa que me atrapa en parques, buses, oficina y me hace correr al cuaderno para escribir la idea y después, buscar mi escritorio improvisado en casa para cultivar el oficio. A mi esposa, a mi hija, a mi madre, padre y hermana que no tienen idea de mis batallas conmigo mismo para ser alguien en la vida. Solo así podré estar en paz, siempre y cuando se sientan orgullosos.
