Her mission is to create a safe space for families of children and teens with special needs to come together and laugh, cry, and support each other. She lives in Minnesota with her family.Carrie Cariello is the author of What Color Is Monday, Someone I'm With Has Autism, and Half My Sky. She has appeared on NBC Nightly News and given a TEDx talk and her essays have been featured on Huffington Post and the TODAY Show.
